CloudBrain Stock

Stock hub for WooCommerce · by CloudBrain

Every supplier. Every shop. Always the right stock.

CloudBrain Stock reads your supplier feeds, combines them with your own warehouse stock, and keeps every connected shop’s stock and delivery times up to date.

Supplier feeds in, accurate availability out. Bad feeds never zero out your shop.

01 / The problem

Stock is easy. Until suppliers get involved.

Feeds that don’t behave

Supplier files arrive in different formats, at different times, and are often slow or broken.

Overselling

Shops sell what isn’t there, or show a delivery time nobody can keep.

Heavy, fragile updates

Updating thousands of products by hand, or through heavy plugins, breaks the shop.

02 / How it works

Three steps. Then it runs itself.

  1. Connect your suppliers

Point CloudBrain Stock at each supplier’s feed: a URL, FTP or an uploaded file, in CSV, XML, JSON, Google Merchant or Excel. Map the columns once.

  2. We calculate real availability

Your own stock and every supplier’s stock are combined per product, with the right delivery time and with open orders taken into account.

  3. Your shops stay in sync

Only products that changed are pushed to each WooCommerce shop. Orders flow back automatically, so stock is reserved or deducted the moment a customer buys.

03 / Why CloudBrain Stock

Your stock and your suppliers’ stock, live in WooCommerce.

Your stock + supplier stock, one number

Sell what’s on your shelf first and what your suppliers hold next, with the delivery time shown for each.

Any supplier, any format

CSV, XML, JSON, Google Merchant XML and Excel, from HTTP, FTP or upload.

Many suppliers per product

Quantities are added up, and the fastest delivery time is used.

The right delivery promise

Customers see “ships in 2 working days” or “3–5 working days”, and it updates as they change the quantity.

No overselling

Orders reserve, deduct or release stock automatically according to their WooCommerce status.

100,000+ products

Streaming imports, batched updates, and only changed products sent to the shop.

Bad feeds can’t wipe your shop

Broken or cut-off supplier files are detected and never used to zero out stock.

06 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is CloudBrain Stock?

CloudBrain Stock is a cloud-based stock hub for WooCommerce. It imports your suppliers’ stock feeds, combines them with your own warehouse stock, and automatically keeps the stock levels and delivery times of every connected WooCommerce shop up to date.

Which supplier feed formats are supported?

CSV with any delimiter, XML, Google Merchant XML, JSON and JSON Lines, and Excel (XLSX). Feeds are fetched on a schedule from an HTTP/HTTPS URL or an FTP/FTPS server, or uploaded manually. Products are matched by SKU or EAN/GTIN.

How does it connect to my WooCommerce shop?

Through the CloudBrain Stock plugin for WordPress. You paste the API key and secret from your account and test the connection. All communication is signed with HMAC-SHA256. The plugin supports WooCommerce HPOS and both block and classic cart and checkout, and needs WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 7.0+ and PHP 8.0+.

What happens if a supplier sends a broken or incomplete feed?

Cut-off or broken files are detected and flagged as warnings. The rows that arrived are still imported, but an incomplete or empty file is never used to set products to zero, and a sudden drop of more than 25% of in-stock products waits for your confirmation.

What delivery time do my customers see?

The product page, cart and checkout show a delivery message that follows the chosen quantity: your own stock’s delivery time while it lasts, then the supplier’s delivery time, shown as a single number or a range such as 3–5 working days.

Can I manage several shops?

Yes. One account can connect several WooCommerce shops, each with its own stock mode, delivery-time display and order rules.
